Men's Fraternity
The Fraternity was designed to help men join together to strengthen each other through weekly sessions that combine biblical teaching and small group interaction. Each of the following studies provides meaningful opportunties to get to know other men and build insight and experience to develop your walk with Christ. We offer three one-year MF curriculums that each clearly and compellingly introduce men to the Bible’s teaching on strong, Christ-like masculinity and trains men to live it out in the context of their home, church and workplace. These seminars should be though of as the first step for every man interested in men's ministries at NHC. The curriculums do not need to be taken sequentially, but that is preferred.

Men’s Fraternity I: The Quest for Authentic Manhood

This study provides men with an encouraging process that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God. The Quest for Authentic Manhood sets out to answer some questions that are universal to men, such as:

  • What makes a man a man? A real man?
  • How does one become a man?
  • Is there a moment when it happens?
  • What is it that holds men back from their true masculine identity?
  • How should authentic manhood express itself in the church, home and workplace today?

We meet in Sandberg Chapel at the New Hope Church Main Campus.

Men’s Fraternity II: Winning at Work & Home

This study exposes the fact that most men’s happiness and satisfaction in life are locked up in two words: work and home. These arenas absorb most of a man’s time, talent, energy, effort and creativity. The good life appears to demand that he win in both areas.

The "Winning at Work & Home" study can help you elevate your game at home and the workplace. Come ready to:

  • Gain new insights and understanding about yourself that will excite you.
  • Discover new ways of developing deeper communication, friendship and intimacy with your wife or girlfriend.
  • Receive a winning game plan for dealing with conflict, addressing money issues and raising healthy sons and daughters.
  • Learn life’s greatest success principle with opportunities to practice it.

Men’s Fraternity III: The Great Adventure

This study explores a man and his world beyond the everyday. The Great Adventure puts the roof on the house of masculinity and creates a vision for a man’s future and destiny. Men will rediscover the adventure in life through a greater understanding of who they are. Come uncover the uniqueness you have as a man and discover a satisfying life focus.

Men will be challenged to consider several important questions they are continually asking themselves:

  • ‘Who am I?”
  • “What are my life dreams?”
  • “Do I have courage to pursue those dreams?”
