Funeral Assistance
We are glad to assist NHC families with church services, food receptions
and funeral home liaisons when the loss of a loved one is experienced.
Hospital Care
We offer NHC individuals personal visits, flowers and cards when hospitalized.
Homebound Visitation
We offer visits to those in the NHC family of all ages who are ill, and
to the elderly who are confined to their homes or long-.0term care facilities
due to health reasons.
The Food Shelf at HopeBridge
The HopeBridge mission is to serve in ways that make a difference today and
offer hope for tomorrow. The HopeBridge Food Shelf exists to do that by helping

Warm Meal Ministry
We can assist in providing and delivering meals during a short-term need
to those in the NHC family who have been hospitalized or are seriously
ill and have limited family/friends available to help.
Transportation Ministry
Has transportation become taxing, time consuming and unavailable for you right now? Is the lack of transportation to church and essential appointments deteriorating your independence, quality of life and social interaction? Time-of-Need Ministries (material needs)
- Cup of Cold Water Ministry offers minor maintenance
and repair assistance for the elderly, those with disabilities and single
parents who have no one else who can help.
- Confidential Budget
Counseling is also available.

In The Name of Christ (Love INC)
Love INC is a national movement headquartered in Minneapolis with many
Affiliates (networks of churches) across the United States. Love INC works by
networking the Church to serve those who are poor materially and in spirit. The
ultimate purpose, however, is to enfold them into healthy Christian community
in one of our churches as believers in Jesus Christ. Our local Affiliate (of
