Family: Wife, Joanna; and Cameron and Cassy; two cats and a motorcycle.

Education: Bachelor¹s degree from Pillsbury Baptist Bible College; Master of Arts and Theological Studies from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary.

Equipped for Service: God has gifted me with the love and passion for shepherding junior high students. What most people consider less important I view with a high priority. There is no other more formative stage of life than the junior high years. They deserve to be considered important and given qualified leadership to provide guidance and opportunities to live out their God given purpose.

Prepared for Service: The start of second semester in my freshman year of Bible college, I knew God made me for student ministry. During my first ministry out of seminary I met and worked with Brooks Everett. He was the first man I ever met who felt called to junior high ministry. I learned a lot just by being around and working with him. The church I served at in Florida was very diverse. I always loved all people, but there I really developed personal relationships with the wide range of people groups that lived in the area. These experiences give me confidence that God has me here at NHC for this present time.

Free Time: I love to be with my wife. We don¹t have to be doing anything, we both just like being together. I love to wrestle with my two kids. We laugh a lot and drive their mom nuts. I ride my motorcycle any chance I get. I love being on that thing. I also love to work on our cars and fix things in the garage with duct tape and big hammers.

Scripture: Luke 16:10: "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much." This verse is important to me in my personal and ministry life. In my personal life I know that if I take care of the multitude of little things then a big thing won¹t become a problem. In my ministry life I know most people think junior high ministry is not that important. I know that what may seem like something little and not that important can be something great.
