Do you desire to know God more? Do you desire to love him more deeply? We are women who want to know and love God with increasing measure. We need to know what is true about him and about ourselves. God tells us who he is in the Bible, so if we claim to love him, we should care what he says to us.

God’s Word (the Bible) is at the center of all we do in Women’s Ministries. Wherever you are at in your journey with Jesus, there are other women who would love to encourage you toward a closer relationship with him. We want to be women who are transformed by the power of God and desire to inseparably link knowledge with love and obedience.

“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the person of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Join a Bible study to connect and grow together with a diverse group of women who can help you learn to love God’s Word, know him better and encourage you to live a life transformed by him. Try out one of these options:

Generations Bible Study (formerly Community Bible Study)

Called: God's People In God's Time - March 24-April 28, 2010

In this short study we will explore the theme of destiny or God's call in our lives. We have created this session as a complement to the study on Esther which finishes on March 17. In the book of Esther, Mordecai says, "And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" (4:14). Part of Esther's destiny was to expose Haman's evil plot and intervene on behalf of her people, the Jews, to save them.

As children of God, we are really no different than Esther. Though we live in a different time and culture, God still has a unique destiny for us. He calls each one of us to certain places, positions or tasks to accomplish his purposes.

During this session we will learn about God's call by examining passages from the Bible and hearing the personal stories of women in our congregation. There is no registration or fee required and there is no homework assigned. Newcomers are warmly welcomed. Please call ahead for childcare availability.
