Do you desire to know God more? Do you desire to love him more deeply? We are women who want to know and love God with increasing measure. We need to know what is true about him and about ourselves. God tells us who he is in the Bible, so if we claim to love him, we should care what he says to us.

God’s Word (the Bible) is at the center of all we do in Women’s Ministries. Wherever you are at in your journey with Jesus, there are other women who would love to encourage you toward a closer relationship with him. We want to be women who are transformed by the power of God and desire to inseparably link knowledge with love and obedience.

“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the person of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

Join a Bible study to connect and grow together with a diverse group of women who can help you learn to love God’s Word, know him better and encourage you to live a life transformed by him. Try out one of these options:

Summer 2008 Bible Studies and Book Clubs

Register with Renee Westman at 763-536-3212 or email. Leave your name, phone number and group choice. Your registration will be confirmed. Please let Renee know if you need financial assistance for a book. Books are available at the first study. Arrangements can be made to get your book early.

Bible Studies Coming in Fall 2008

Community Study
Come to the Beth Moore study, "Believing God." It includes large-group lectures, and small-group discussions and prayer times. Groups meet on Wednesday mornings and evenings.

  • Wednesday Mornings
    This study meets from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. in the Ministry Center. Childcare is offered for the Wednesday morning classes. 

  • Wednesday Evenings
    This study meets from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Ministry Center. Children’s programs are available on Wednesday evenings through Children’s Ministries. 

Precepts Bible Study
Beginning on September 10th, this inductive study will be starting a series on the Kings and Prophets of the Old Testament. This year of in-depth study will focus on 1&2 Kings, 2 Chronicles, Obadiah, Joel, and Jonah. Learn history and practical lessons from the lives of God's leaders.

  • Wednesday Mornings
    This study meets from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Room. Contact Tam Harken for more information.

  • Wednesday Evenings
    This study meets from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Sandberg Chapel. Contact Deb Boal for more information.
