All of us need to be strengthened. We need to be more equipped to minister where God calls us. The strengthening branch of Women’s Ministries is designed to train women to be servant leaders who are equipped to minister in the spheres of influence in which God has placed them. It is an awesome gift and privilege to be called women of God. We want to live and serve in ways that honor him. We will be strengthened through a series of workshops and other means that help us to understand who we are and how God has gifted us for his service. Women will discover their gifts and learn to use them in Kingdom service. Women will learn to think with more discernment in biblical and theological matters, gaining knowledge and wisdom. Women will have an opportunity to grow in practical tools and skills for life and service to the Lord wholeheartedly in the church, home, workplace, community and world. “Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, having been firmly rooted and now being built up in him and established in your faith, just as you were instructed and overflowing with gratitude” (Colossians 2:6-7).
