God is at work through
the fusion community. Here are some of the stories He's been writing:
"I have had the opportunity to walk side by side with many of
God's children through the Fusion community. Fusion is a time to worship
the Lord whole-heartedly and surrender ourselves
to his will. It is an amazing community of believers who share,
laugh, cry and worship together and we have witnessed many awesome
miracles as a result of this. I am continuously encouraged by strong
brothers and sisters of the Lord week by week, it is so neat to see others
grow more spiritually sound with our Lord Jesus Christ. Having a strong
foundation upon Christ through Fusion has lead me to be more influential
in my family, friends and co-workers lives." ~ Kassie

"Fusion has meant nothing short of new life for me. I was raised the son of a Methodist minister, but I strayed far from my fathers teachings. Thirty years of rebellion later (after finding Fusion online) I was warmly welcomed into the Fusion community. I clearly remember the day volunteers from Fusion and I gathered around my father's hospital bed in prayer. It was the first time my father had ever seen me pray. Fusion led me to Christ before my father passed, and what a joy it is to know he knew in this life what we will share in the next! Since then, I continue to grow in my faith and change how I live today. I am reading and studying the Bible for first time. I am surrounded by a small group who prays and serves one another. I have opportunities to serve others as others have served me during difficult times. I wish everyone could experience the love of Christ that I have come to know through Fusion." ~ Ed Reilly
"I've been going to fusion for over a year and have seen what I would call an internal explosion. From the first time I went until even this past week, I've been taught truths from the Word that continue to be formative. I call it an internal explosion because there are no sugar-coated messages at Fusion. Truth is brought every week whether I want to hear it or not. God works through the Spirit and the truth of his Word to cause sin to be destroyed in my life and as a result He helps me to grow. My warning is this: Don't come to Fusion if you don't want to grow." ~ Kerby Skurat
"In a culture that advocates for an unapologetic individualism, it’s easy to lose sight of the reality that, as the Body of Christ, we belong to each other. Christianity is often relegated to an individual pursuit of personal holiness. But in Genesis 1, God fashions the first humans in his triune image. It is only within the context of Christian community that we are truly able to authentically reflect the image of God to the watching (and lonely) world. I began attending Fusion in April 2008. Pastor Bryan was in the midst of the sermon series, “Boys, Girls & Gods,” which proved incredibly fitting as I had recently ended an engagement just two months prior to the wedding date. I was hurting and wondering where God was in the profound mess that was, at that time, my life. Sensing God had led me to Fusion, I began to immerse myself in the community. And while it took a certain amount of courage to trust the friendly strangers around me, I quickly felt myself a part of a family–the community of saints. Over the past year, I’ve come to know the stories of the saints who surround me every Sunday night. We attend small group together, pray together, mourn together, wrestle with Scripture together at the local Caribou Coffee, and beg that God might use us to impact the West Metro for his glory. I find myself exceedingly grateful to have been brought into the Fusion community and, while I remain an only child in the technical sense, I understand myself to have been (in perhaps a truer sense) adopted into a very large family." ~ Bryan McInnis
"My best friend started attending Fusion shortly after I left to do missions work for a year in Peru. When I arrived home a year ago, she'd already become fairly close to the community and invited me to check it out. During my first few months home I was struggling inside and dealing with lots of questions and issues that arose from re-entry to life in America again–questions about what the church was supposed to look like, how people ought to relate to one another, what was God's real purpose for my life. God used Fusion in fleshing out the answers to these questions. There was something that attracted me to Fusion and kept me coming back... and it was more than just the warm, relaxed coffee-shop ambiance and friendly folks. What was so different and refreshing about this community? One, I was amazed that the people that first met me were genuinely interested in me and inviting from week to week–it wasn't fake or surfacey. Second, there was solid biblical teaching that was challenging and actually relevant to my life. It's so awesome and such a privilege to be a part of a diverse group of believers that come together with one aim and purpose: to wholeheartedly love God and intentionally love others! Third, it's the first place I've felt completely comfortable to worship God with my whole being unapologetically, bringing me closer to Him. I've come to discover over time that the Fusion community is exactly that, one amazing community of brothers & sisters in Christ that I've come to deeply love. It is a unique community unlike anything I've experienced before and don't want to lose it! It's become normal to hang out with each other in and outside of church throughout the week because that's how connected we are–whether it's Sunshine Factory, small groups, Ultimate Frisbee, birthday parties, last minute game nights... we come together. I am committed to this body of Christ followers, and am passionate about serving here and welcoming others into the community because I love it so!" ~ Beth Clark
